Dog licenses are required under section 7.04.020 of the Pomeroy Municipal Code.

2025 DOG LICENSE FEES

 

Dog License Fees for the year 2025 shall be set as follows:

​

Annual License, Spayed or Neutered Dog     $  15.00

Annual License, Intact Dog                              $  25.00

Lifetime License, Spayed or Neutered Dog   $  35.00

Annual License, Dangerous Dog                     $500.00

Replacement Tag                                              $    5.00

ANIMALS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH WHEN AWAY FROM THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE.

DOGS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED FOR A LIFETIME LICENSE.

DOG LICENSES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
